I am so grateful this holiday season for my children, grandchildren, family and friends. What a terrific season to be with the ones you love and create memories for an eternity. My Heavenly Father has lent me a few of His special children to guide me on this earth. I say guide me because although I should be teaching them, they are always teaching me. I love that I have daughters who check up on me in the evenings so I do not have to be alone while Aaron is working. I love that my sons and son-in-law's also take care of me and help me with anything I need. I love that my daughter-in-laws are so loving and kind to me! Yes, I am very blessed in my life and couldn't be happier with the way my grandchildren are being taught the ways of the gospel. I am sending my love to you all wherever you are!

Hard to believe it has been so many years since I have posted on our Blog.
All our children have moved back to live in our area. So glad to have them nearby.
Candise and Jesse are adopting their second child, that will make 6 children for them. They live in West Point.
Mandy and Larry moved to West Haven and have 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls. Mandy still teaches 3rd grade at West Clinton and Larry works for the U.S. Post Office.
Justin and Cindy live in West Valley. They have 2 girls and September of 2015 they had a little boy. Justin started his own logistics delivery service. They seem to be doing well.
Krista and Eric moved to Clearfield and they now have 3 boys. Eric is a wiring consultant for companies that set up computer and internet services. The boys keep Krista busy.
Ryan and Nicole moved to Layton. They have one little boy turning 6 and going to 1st grade this fall. Ryan started his own business and services Health companies and hospitals.
Brandon and Amy moved to Roy. They just had their 3rd child - a boy, Baby Brandon Randal. They keep Amy hopping.
My Dad and Father-in-law passed away in 2012 and 2013. We miss them so much.
Aaron still works for Century Link and ready to retire. I moved from teaching to being a Math Coach for 6 years and now I am stationed at Davis District working on the new Advantage Math Curriculum.
We are very happy.

Family
We had a great weekend. Candise & Jesse and children were here for the weekend. How we miss them. It was awesome to have all 6 children here to visit and have fun with. All 8 grandchildren were running around. We miss the hustle and bustle of having all the children around. Our children and their families bring so much joy to our lives. It is hard to believe that love continues to grow instead of being divided. Our cup runneth over!

Price Grandchildren
During Candise and Jesse's visit (who live in New Mexico), we got all of the grandchildren together for an update of our grandkids family pictures. The hardest of all to take pictures of were the 2 2-year olds... Kyson & Jayden...Very good escape artists. My daughters turned into clowns to keep their attention enough to finally take their pictures. Can you believe we finally got one good picture after over 100 pictures taken? What work that was! but, we can't wait to do it again.
Going Home
We are leaving the Redwood Forest and heading home. It got extremely hot! 109 degrees! It is time to STOP the VAN and look for a place to get wet and cool off. Justin, Jesse, Aaron and I found a crystal clear river and jumped right in... yes, with clothes and shoes on! Wow! It felt so good! It only took 20 minutes to dry off in the heat. After lunch, kids needed a break out of carseats. We found a city park and played... but some of us took a long needed rest. After the break we started for home. We made it home about 11:00 p.m. Thursday night. It was a trip to remember and now only a memory. I guess we will have to start planning our next adventure for next summer!

Redwood Forest
The Redwood Forest was everything I thought it would be and more! The gigantic trees were amazing. New trees were growing and living off of fallen trees... with the roots growing around them. "Big Tree" was more that 21 feet in diameter at the base... and more than 10 stories tall! They think it is about 1500 years old. We had a blast walking through the different parts of the forest.
Jesse, jealous of those on motorcycles... decided to get on and ride his... (VAN)! What a character! Next, we all took our turn driving through a tree! What a fun day!

The Golden Gate Bridge & The Pacific Coast
After San Fransisco and the Golden Gate Bridge, we toured up Route 1, the scenic view of the Pacific Coast. We can hardly wait to see the Redwood Forest!
I had always heard how beautiful they were. We are about to find out.

First 2 days of our Redwood Trip
On July 6th, at 1:30 PM we started on our trip to the Redwood Forest. Those on motorcycles were, Aaron & Cynthia, Justin, and Eric. In the van was... Jesse & Candise, Aurora, Aliana, and Kyson, & Krista and 2 month old Colten. Justin & Eric traded off with Jesse so he got a chance to drive a motorcycle too. It was a very long first day. We made it to Reno. The next morning we drove to San Fransisco and spent the afternoon on the warf and Pier 39. Then, over the Golden Gate Bridge about 50 miles to our motel.

Father's Day 08
Happy Father's Day Aaron! Someone must really love you! Coming home from church there were 2 new 4-wheelers & trailer on our front lawn! and Aaron said, "but I already got my Father's day present - tickets to NASCAR!"
My brother, Adrian, helped with the surprise.
